Founder & CEO
CARL ANKIEWICZ
Having been working in trucking and construction since he was an adolescent, Carl used his own intuitiveness, attention to detail, and perseverance to establish his own business in 1994. Work well done has led to other opportunities, leading up to multiple contracts, a full-time office staff, incorporation in 2010 and an impressive portfolio of work throughout the Northeast.

Assistant Project Manager/ Laborer
ALEXIS ANKIEWICZ
Lexi has been working in the construction field since graduating high school, combining her hands-on experience on the jobsite with her educational background. With degrees in Graphic Design and Business Administration, she brings her creative touch and organizational skills to the team. In addition to her role as a Laborer, Lexi plays an active role in project management, learning under the guidance of her father.

Office Assistant / Contract Coordinator
EMILY ANKIEWICZ
Emily serves as the company's Contract Coordinator and Office Assistant. Her strong background in Finance and Business Administration allows her to assist with project compliance, billing procedures, and all administrative operations. Emily is currently pursuing her law degree as she continues to grow within the construction industry.

Head Foreman
CHRISTAN STEVENS
With over 18 years of construction experience, Chris has grown his career in the industry alongside our company. Chris began his career at CEA as a Laborer and has since been promoted to Lead Foreman. In his role, Chris plays an integral part in running our projects efficiently and safely. He oversees all daily job-site operations, connects and coordinates our crews, and works alongside our owner, Carl to ensure all projects are completed with quality results.

Foreman
JAMES HENDRICKS
Jimmy began his career with us in 2011 and has progressed from his Laborer position into his role as a Foreman. Through his role, he supports our Lead Foreman by doing administrative tasks to monitor job progress, coordinates and leads our laborer crew, and has a consistent hands-on presence in the field.

Office Manager
MICHELLE JAMES
With a lifelong career in construction-related management roles, Michelle brings an abundance of experience and industry knowledge to our office staff. She keeps every aspect of the office running smoothly as she oversees billing, payroll, project paperwork, and a variety of accounting tasks. Michelle's dependability and attention to detail is crucial to keeping every job organized and on track.

Our office wouldn't be complete without our four-legged team members! Always ready to greet every visitor with a bark, our three Australian Shepherds are a beloved part of our office staff.

Lead Operator
GARY SHUPP
Having been a part of our company since 2007 and working in construction previously, Gary brings decades of experience to our operating crew. Whether it's excavation, grading, or underground utilities, Gary has extensive knowledge and experience operating in a variety of different environments.
